School Management and Whole School Reviews
Team of experts can assist with reviews of schools and school management structures. Specific programs have been developed for schools in: Understanding and Engaging the Learner Management Team Roles, Senior School Management Team Workshops.

The Leadership Team have worked with numerous organisations in leadership development, team development and mentoring programs.

Myer Briggs Type Indicator Program
The Faculty's Accredited Team can work with individuals and teams using Myer Briggs.

Organisational Reviews and Planning
The Faculty's team can conduct reviews of your organisation and develop effective recommendations for improvement.

Adult and Community Learning
The Adult and Community Learning Team have recently finalised the new Bachelor of Adult and Community Learning which has been developed and designed in response to changing needs, demands and attitudes in the specialised area of adult and workplace education will have its first intake in semester one 2005. The two-year degree will replace the current Bachelor of Education - Adult and Workplace Education.

Development of Teaching and Educational Resources
Academics from across the four Faculty schools have developed a range of materials for use in P-12 schools and also for corporate training purposes.

Corporate Training Programs
The Faculty experts in training have assisted a range of teams from an array of government and business groups with their training needs. Programs are developed specifically to meet the needs of the various groups. Some recent projects include: Developing Communication Skills, Mentoring Programs, PD Series for Regional Program Managers, "Seeing the Future" Conference, Problem Solving Workshops, The Development of a Mental Health Education & Training Model.

Review of local authority environmental education programs
Environmental education specialists have also reviewed learning materials for local government authorities.

Multiliteracies and Productive Pedagogies
The Multiliteracies team have developed a range of PD programs for schools in: Multiliteracies, Critical Literacies and Productive Pedagogies, Literacy Resources, Multiliteracies Actioned and Productive Pedagogie Coaching

Early Years Professional Development
Professor Collette Tayler leads the dynamic Early Years team. The team can assist with a wide range of projects. The new Graduate Certificate in Early Years will be available for Semester 1 2005. The School of Early Childhood can design short courses to meet the specific needs of clients.

The Middle Years team have devised a range of short courses to meet the specific needs of teachers and principals.
